Complimentary official or unofficial copies of your records can be requested through our student website or by mail, fax or phone. You can pay for additional copies or for fast delivery, but some limits could apply.
Call the University Services Support Center at 800.866.3919 to order transcripts by phone. Before ordering your official transcript, check your schedule and grades to make certain all course work and grades have been posted to your record.
Please have this information on hand before calling:
- Student Name
- IRN or Social Security Number
- Address where transcript will be mailed
- The number of transcripts requested
- Daytime telephone number
If you are near Phoenix, Arizona you can pre-order and pick up your transcript with a photo ID.
Please be aware that once your transcript request has been submitted, it is final. No refunds will be issued.
