The School of Advanced Studies has created several faculty councils to support the School’s general mission as well as the programmatic, curricular and assessment objectives in specific areas of study.
SAS Global Faculty Council
Members of the Global Faculty Council serve in advisory roles with regard to the design of pedagogy, research, doctoral programs and competency assessments. They also are responsible for building understanding and support for the School of Advanced Studies among internal and external constituencies.

Members of our programmatic faculty councils serve in an advisory and oversight capacity in matters concerning curricula, policies and strategy for their respective programs during the evaluation and revision phase of the program life cycle.
