BSIT Concentrations
In the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology program, you’ll gain fundamental knowledge of the use of technology in business. And you’ll also select from a range of concentrations where you’ll receive specialized training and skills for a specific function within the IT industry.

In the Business Systems Analysis concentration, you’ll examine analysis methodologies, the use of analysis tools and the components of project planning and management.
Uncover the concepts and principles of securing and protecting the information assets of an organization with the Information Systems Security concentration. You’ll learn the principles of risk management and enterprise security and survey the UNIX® and Windows Server® systems.
Find out how to apply effective technical communication and design principles in the development of various digital media. In the Multimedia and Visual Communication concentration, you’ll learn how to facilitate internal and external communications, information content management, and training and marketing materials in any organizational setting.
Gain the skills of a network administrator with a focus on the Networking and Telecommunications body of knowledge. You’ll learn the concepts and protocols of local and wide area networks, wireless systems and information security as it relates to networking.
