University of Phoenix presents Keith Ferrazzi

"Who's Got Your Back?"

University of Phoenix sponsored an 18-city book tour in support of best-selling business author, Keith Ferrazzi’s new book Who’s Got Your Back. The messages of the power of teams, accountability, peer-to-peer support and collaboration align with University of Phoenix’s learning goals.

The tour took place May 18th through September 10th, 2009. In each city, a free community event was held where Keith talked about his program for building the ultimate team-based success strategy. Hundreds showed up to hear Keith discuss his new book and to find out how building close relationships boosts productivity and out-of-the-box thinking for personal and professional growth. In attendance were UOPX faculty, students, alumni and staff as well as Fortune 1000 business professionals and the general public.

During his presentations, Keith put the principles and tactics into practice right in the room. He talked about University of Phoenix’s team-based learning model and how the team-building skills that are taught in all University of Phoenix classes are vital for success in today’s workplace.
