[00:00:01] We have a great educational partnership with University of Phoenix where it enables our employees to further their education.  It's very flexible because of the hours of our industry.  This is a 24-hour industry and it's difficult for employees who work these different shifts to try to go back and further their education.  [00:00:17]

[00:00:17] One of the strongest features of our relationship with the University of Phoenix is that our internally developed training programs are very specific to Jack in the Box needs.  What our employees get through the University of Phoenix are more global learning programs.  They not only benefit because they're going to get an accredited degree, but they also benefit because they can take more generalized courses.  [00:00:37]
