In this course, you learn about the basic legal forms of companies in the United States and how they influence business management. You also develop an understanding of how Agency Theory affects decisions within a business. Finally, you learn about the income statement and balance sheet and financial terms associated with each.

Identify the relationship between revenues, expenses, and net income.
