Data visualization is an art and science. It allows communications to be designed to tell a story through graphics, without loosing sight of the data, and statistics driving the graphic. Students in this course will examine data visualization and the ways it is used to communicate. Students will explore tools used to create enticing graphics that integrates data and technology into engaging graphics. This course provides 0.8 continuing education units, over two - 4 hour workshops.
