This course will provide students with a process for developing a clear understanding of a business's culture, operations, and market position in order to develop a strategic plan. That plan serves as a blueprint for gaining the competitive advantage necessary for an organization's success now and in the future. Students will develop an approach to formulate the strategic programs and initiatives critical to effectively leading and managing an organization. This course provides 0.4 continuing education units in two, 4-hour workshop. The tuition for this course is $480.
