Special emphasis is placed in utilizing information technology systems such as Point-of-Sale, inventory tracking, and reservation networks to make managerial and strategic decisions for the organization.

Compare internal property management systems with external global distribution systems.

Develop point-of-sale and inventory tracking hospitality systems.
