Some people are driven to be their own boss. Becoming an entrepreneur provides that opportunity, but it comes with a unique and broad set of responsibilities. As a small business owner, an entrepreneur holds all responsibility for success or failure of their organization. Entrepreneurs both lead and manage risks, decisions, and employees. This course identifies the behaviors and attitudes that entrepreneurs need to succeed. Students will gain insight into the personal attributes necessary for taking the initiative and assuming the responsibility to achieve personal and organizational goals. This course provides 0.4 continuing education units in one, 4-hour workshop.
