Building Customer Rapport –
Do you work extensively with customers? Would you like to strengthen your relationships with them and improve your organization’s bottom line? This course helps you develop the skills and strategies you need to build rapport with your customers. You learn how to ask a customer the right questions, make recommendations to satisfy the customer’s concerns, and show genuine appreciation for the customer’s business.
