This course will explore the various philosophies and methodologies underlying comprehensive planning, development, and assessment of higher education initiatives. Course content will address topics related to an institution’s mission, goals, outcomes, activities, and evaluation. An emphasis on integrated planning of on-campus and off-campus endeavors, including such concepts as feasibility, financial planning, facilities and services, staffing, and report management, will provide knowledge and skills to facilitate continuous improvement.

  • Develop comprehensive assessment cycles for institutional initiatives.
