What if you were in charge of organizing a group project? Would you have the right tools and knowledge to be successful? To be an effective group leader, you must not only be organized, but you must also understand group dynamics. In this course, you master the steps necessary for organizing group projects. Furthermore, you learn the necessary techniques to accomplish team projects.
