However, this is far from the truth. HR plays a critical role in many aspects of organizations today. In this course, you examine the roles and responsibilities of HR. You also learn about legal issues organizations face and how to avoid costly lawsuits. Whether you are new or a seasoned professional, this course is designed to help you understand and navigate HR.
