A motivated and engaged employee paves the way to successful business results and saves an organization time and money. Human resource professionals align, develop and execute employee engagement plans that drive organizational success. In this course, students will understand how to engage employees, link employee engagement to organizational goals and execute strategy to maintain an engaged workforce. This course provides .5 continuing education units over one 5-hour workshop.
