This course is designed to focus on the school library media specialist’s role as the information literacy specialist. Participants explore foundational concepts of information literacy applicable to K–12 curriculum. Additionally, participants examine research methods and processes, instruction and evaluation techniques, and assessment for teaching information literacy.
This graduate-level course is 6 weeks.
