Once your organization has a strategic plan in place, what can you do to ensure its success? How can you turn its major goals, policies and strategies into a reality? Creating an action plan will help make your organization’s vision become possible. This course exposes how to plan for short-term success in your organization, identify what to do when something goes wrong and recognize the supervisory skills necessary to effectively execute an action plan.

  • Execute Business Strategies

    • Develop an action plan to include: a tactical approach to achieving short-term goals, an operation plan to address day-to-day operation details, and a contingency plan to prepare for unexpected emergencies within an organization.

    • Define supervisory skills required to effectively execute an action plan.
