It’s coming! Change is on the horizon! In today’s world, it seems the only constant is change. Learning how to deal with and manage change is often the difference between success and failure. This course examines the constant occurrence of change and how to manage it to achieve a successful outcome. At the end of this course, students will be able to use personal techniques to adapt to change, lead change in an organization, and find ways to benefit from it.
