Developing Yourself As A Leader – ldceu1005 (0 credits)
As a first-time manager or team lead, individuals will need to develop their skillset as a leader in order to be successful. This course will provide methods for new managers to perform a personal assessment so they can identify areas for improvement and apply strategies to develop and grow their leadership capabilities. New managers will learn best practices and proven techniques and strategies that they can leverage to grow their own leadership skills. This course provides 0.8 continuing education units in two, 4-hour workshops.
