Upon completion of this course, learners will be prepared to implement emerging managerial practices designed to develop organizational agility and responsiveness. Additionally, they will be able to adapt best practices, high performance work teams, and build advanced strategies for global communication. Emphasis is placed on how organizations are encouraged to develop and demonstrate creative, adaptive, and flexible business approaches.
