It is imperative for organizations to use a standard tool in measuring their progress towards achieving goals and today, many companies use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). KPIs are unique to each organization, but are often shared among companies within a specific industry, in order to provide organizational leaders with key business insights. In this course, students will learn how organizations determine KPIs for their various departments and techniques for assessing, tracking, measuring, and reporting on the status of KPIs. This course provides 0.4 continuing education units over one 4-hour workshop.
