About:

This 4-day workshop is designed to provide RES faculty with the tools, resources, and skills necessary to help students in RES courses become more proficient with Microsoft® Excel and Online Practice, and to better understand the value of statistics as it applies to their work and to the "real world." Workshop participants will use tutorials and practice exercises to increase their own proficiency with Microsoft® Excel and Online Practice and will share best practices for facilitating statistics courses. This workshop focuses primarily on the skills and tools needed for RES 341, but some areas are also applicable to RES 342. Please note: Some materials and exercises contained in this workshop are only accessible to RES approved faculty. If you do not have an Online Practice login and password, please register with Online Practice through your rEsource page five business days prior to the start of the workshop.
