Based on the Project Management Institute, A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, (PMBOK® Guide) - Fifth Edition, Project Management Institute, Inc., 2013, this course offers an in-depth look at the initiation of a project. Using the key elements of a project charter, students create an effective charter document. Students enrolling should have a basic understanding of project management. This course provides 5 contact hours in one 5-hour workshop.
