Using project management processes and principles, this course provides working knowledge to conduct project closure activities, based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®), 5th edition. Students create a project closure document that includes performance metrics, proper project artifact archiving, lessons learned, project signoff and closeout activities. Students are expected to have a basic understanding of project management. This course provides 5 professional development units in one, 5-hour workshop.The tuition for this course is $250.
