Project Closing Processes – pmpdu2020 (0 credits)
Using project management processes and principles, this course provides working knowledge to conduct project closure activities, based on the Project Management Institute, A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, (PMBOK® Guide) - Fifth Edition, Project Management Institute, Inc., 2013. Students create a project closure document that includes performance metrics, proper project artifact archiving, lessons learned, and project signoff and closeout activities. Students are expected to have a basic understanding of project management. This course provides 5 contact hours in one 5-hour workshop.

- Provide the details of artifacts needed to close a project
- Prepare the project closure document
- Conduct administrative closure activities
