To reduce project risks, project managers must determine the requirements and matrices used for a project before project initiation. The focus of this course is to introduce students to the critical elements of project requirements management. Students will gain a familiarity with tools and techniques used in requirements management. This course provides 12 professional development hours in three, 4-hour weeks. The tuition for this course is $600.
