Based on the Project Management Institute, A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, (PMBOK® Guide) - Fifth Edition, Project Management Institute, Inc., 2013, this course prepares students for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification examination using a series of study guides, practical reviews, and practice examinations. Students will focus on key concepts, formulas, and principles for passing the PMP® examination. This course provides 35 contact hours in five, 7-hour workshops.
