Course Description:
The purpose of this residency is for learners to build competencies related to consulting as an internal and external I-O professional.
Course Competencies
- Explain various forms of consulting in organizational settings.
- Differentiate between I-O consulting and other forms of consultation.
- Apply the phases of I-O consultation within individual, group, and organizational contexts.
- Develop a consulting business marketing and sales strategy to initiate and grow an I-O consulting practice.
- Self-evaluate consulting skill competence.
