The comprehensive exam provides an opportunity for students to demonstrate competence in I-O psychology content, practice and leaderships, and research. Students will demonstrate a requisite understand of previous course work, will be assessed on their knowledge and skill as an I-O psychology consultant, and will demonstrate the capability of generating research at the doctoral level.
This graduate-level course is 3 weeks. This course is available as part of a degree or certificate program. To enroll, speak with an Enrollment Representative.
Prepare researchers who contribute substantively to the industrial-organizational psychology body of knowledge and who affect organizational development.
Encourage lifelong learning and leadership within industrial-organizational psychology through reflexive, transformational learning principles and practices.
Assist students in forming sound ethical frameworks for organizational research and practice.
