Since the growth of any business involves uncertainties and potential hazards, organizations have a legal obligation and responsibilities to their stakeholders, especially employees and customers, to provide safe, secure and healthy work environments, to protect the privacy of the organization and its employees, and, to the extent possible, to prevent loss to the business because of internal and external risks.
