This course emphasizes what you need to know to develop and implement a strategic plan to create value and sustained competitive advantage in your prospective organization. Topics include aligning business objectives with the organization’s mission, vision, and values; evaluating internal and external weaknesses and strengths; establishing priorities in operating strategies; and implementing best practices in today’s global economic climate.
