This course starts with an overview of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) then introduces the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) model, which is the foundation of the Sigma Six methodology. In this course, students will focus on the Define phase, which explores how metrics reflect on the success of projects. In addition, students will learn how the project scope, process mapping, and how change management plays into the six sigma methodology.
