About:

A successful project needs to have a clearly defined mission and vision built around commitment to the project. Once this is established, the current state is analyzed using tools to identify potential causes that contribute to a problem. In this course, students will use various tools to analyze a process by looking at cause and effect, key errors, process flow, and movement of people and resources during a process. Graphs will be explored as an effective way to communicate results. Finally, students will learn about hypothesis testing and how it relates to statistical testing.
