About:

The last two elements of the DMAIC will be combined as students look for way to improve processes then develop a plan that controls the changes implemented. During the improve phase, it is important to keep the change momentum moving while working on solutions that are innovative and what some might consider outside the box. The control phase focuses on finalizing changes and incorporating a continuous measure and review. In this course, student will learn a variety of ways to generate and explore solutions that are later incorporated into and an actionable plan that resolves the problem being explored. Student will also learn the importance of a control plan that incorporates control methods to reduce future problems along with the final step of closing the project.
