- Identify the hardware, software, and knowledge assets of an organization.
- Perform a gap analysis to determine opportunities to better support organizational strategy.
- Identify technology solutions to capitalize on strategic opportunities.
- Analyze the costs and benefits of potential technology solutions.
- Recommend technology solutions that best align with an organization’s strategy.
