General Requirements
To qualify as a University of Phoenix faculty member, you'll need to meet the following minimum criteria*:
- Have a master's or doctoral degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution (or the international equivalent) related to the subject you wish to teach. (Some courses require a doctoral degree. Being a Spanish MBA online instructor requires being fluent in English and Spanish.)
- Have work experience related to the subject you wish to teach. Requirements vary by course and program.
