When was the last time the US Constitution was amended?
The last amendment to the Constitution was ratified in 1992. It establishes rules for increasing pay for legislators. The amendment was originally proposed in 1789 as part of the original Bill of Rights and took over 74,000 days to ratify.

The 18th Amendment abolished the “manufacture, sale, or transportation of intoxicating liquors” in the United States. This amendment was repealed 14 years later by the 21st Amendment.
In 1913 selection of Senators by popular vote within each state was established by the 17th Amendment. Up until then, state legislatures elected Senators to represent their states.
