Dr. Tracey Wilen-Daugenti
Dr. Tracey Wilen-Daugenti, Vice President of Research and Strategic Innovations, leads the Knowledge Network, the University of Phoenix Center of Excellence on the working learner, and the University of Phoenix Institute.
Dr. Wilen-Daugenti has authored numerous books and papers on the future of higher education. Her most recent book is edu: Technology and Learning Environments in Higher Education (Pete Lang, 2008). In addition, she has a seven-book series focused on women and international business and is a nationally recognized researcher in this area.
Dr. Wilen-Daugenti has appeared in global and national media and was named San Francisco Woman of the Year in 2002 for her outreach efforts in the fields of academia, women’s research, and technology. She holds MBA and Doctorate degrees in international business and is currently a visiting scholar at Stanford University. She has also served as an adjunct professor with several graduate and doctoral programs. Previously, she was the Higher Education Practice Lead for Cisco Systems’ strategy organization.
