Albuquerque Campus Homecoming and Alumni Appreciation Evemt

ALBUQUERQUE, November 6, 2008 — University of Phoenix invites all New Mexico alumni to attend a special Homecoming and Alumni Appreciation event on Friday, November 14th at 5:30pm at the new Albuquerque campus. University of Phoenix representatives will be in attendance, offering tours of the new Albuquerque Learning Center and discussing “life after University of Phoenix” with the visiting alumni.

In addition to complimentary hors d’ouevres and beverages, alumni will learn about the Pay it Forward Scholarship – a new scholarship program that encourages University of Phoenix alumni to nominate deserving friends, colleagues and community members to become recipients of a four-year scholarship to complete any University of Phoenix bachelor’s or master’s program of their choice. The Pay it Forward Scholarship was created in 2006 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of University of Phoenix and continues to be an annual tradition for alumni.
