University of Phoenix Local Campus to help facilitate Freedom Center Seminar for Graduating Police Academy Recruits

CINCINNATI, OHIO , December 12, 2008 —

WHAT:
The University of Phoenix, Greater Cincinnati Campus is helping to facilitate a forum led by the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center for graduating police academy recruits on diversity sensitivity and leadership through service. This all-day event will be led by psychology expert and National Underground Railroad Freedom Center volunteer, Dr. Cathy McDaniel Wilson. This seminar will touch on topics including oppression, cultural competency and the Cincinnati riots.

WHO:
University of Phoenix is constantly innovating to help students balance education and life in a rapidly changing world.
