Anastasia Metros, PhD

Anastasia Metros has over 22 years of experience in higher education as faculty, administrator and direct service provider at public, private and technical colleges and universities. She teaches in the School of Advanced Studies and develops curriculum for the University in areas such as the law in higher education, organizational theory, planning and change. She also serves as a member of the University’s Program Council for the Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration program.

Anastasia earned a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.Ed. in Counseling with an emphasis in College Student Development from Auburn University. She has also served on the Higher Education User Group Board of Directors since 2005 and presented at international technology conferences utilizing her expertise with Oracle and Student Administration systems.

Her specialties within higher education are law, student affairs, technology, women and academic advising.
