Caroline Molina-Ray, PhD
Caroline Molina-Ray has over 20 years of experience in academic and corporate program development, scholarly publishing and organizational communications. She holds a bachelor’s degree in literature from Harvard University, master’s degrees in comparative literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Bonn (Germany), and an MBA from University of Phoenix. She earned her Ph.D. in comparative literature from the University of California, Riverside.
In her current role as Executive Director of Research and Publications at Apollo Research Institute, Caroline oversees research activities and events, scholarly communications and media relations. A School of Advanced Studies faculty member since 2001, Caroline has taught doctoral courses in management, writing and research. She’s also been a member of the University of Phoenix Academic Council and the Journal of Leadership Studies Editorial Board.
Caroline has published in a wide variety of fields, from literature and cultural studies to leadership and higher education. She is co-editor of four classic literary works and has authored numerous scholarly journal articles.
