Dean Hebert, MAED
Dean Hebert began teaching at University of Phoenix in 2000. Dean brings with him more than 20 years of experience in human resources, training and development, as well as post-secondary education. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation and a Master of Education-Higher Education Administration from the University of Arizona. His post-graduate work is in the field of sports psychology.
Dean is currently a mental game coach, author and speaker. He works with individuals and organizations in the business world and sports world. His focus is getting the most out of every person and every system—all with a bottom-line focus on performance improvement. Dean is also a certified hypnotherapist and certified Mental Games Coach.
Dean is a member of the Small Business Development Committee of the Tempe, Arizona Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the American Society for Training and Development, the National Association of Student Employment Administrators and the Western Association of Student Employment Administrators. He has presented at a variety of conferences and has received recognition for his role in community service initiatives.
