Gayle Billingsley

Gayle Billingsley specializes in psychotherapy and counseling, where she utilizes traditional and non-traditional therapies emphasizing mind, body and spirit. Her approach is compassionate, interactive and intuitive. Influenced by mindfulness meditation, cognitive behavioral therapies and expressive arts, Gayle has been in private practice since 1993.

Gayle holds a Ph.D. in Health Psychology from Walden University and is a member of APA, Expressive Arts, Toastmasters and her local Chamber of Commerce. Her past experiences include working as a family counselor for the Betty Ford Center and Meadows treatment centers.

As an area chair for psychology at University of Phoenix, she continues to enjoy teaching.
