Mark Kass, PhD
Mark Kass has an extensive background in leadership training, combined with interests in creating and sustaining cultures of corporate innovation, encompassing more than 20 years in the management and business field. He holds a Ph.D. in International Relations from the University of Missouri, a Master of Arts in International Relations from Creighton University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Grinnell College.
Mark is currently Managing Director of Ph. Diversified Services Worldwide Inc., a firm specializing in political risk analysis, change control management, and ethnic conflict resolution consulting. Prior to that he served as Vice President in the Strategic Alliances Department at University of Phoenix, where he built collaborative partnerships with some of the largest corporations in the world.
Mark has wide-ranging business interests and has lectured and taught widely throughout the world. It is his belief that cultural conflicts in business and organizational transitions can best be resolved and implemented through the use of appropriate change control management strategies. Mark recently authored the book “Intercultural Cooperation Between Israelis and Palestinians: A Guide to Conflict Resolution Facilitation.”
He serves on the Membership Council on Foreign Relations and on the Manufacturing Institute Advisory Board.
