Maureen Steinwall, PhD
Maureen Steinwall, who has more than 35 years of experience in her field, teaches MBA and doctorate-level courses and mentors doctoral students in the dissertation process. She is also the Minneapolis Area Chair for the University’s Strategic Planning and Organizational Behavior Group.
Maureen holds a Ph.D. in Business and an MBA in Operations Management. In addition, she has completed the Owner/President Management Program at the Harvard Graduate School of Business and is APICS certified.
She is the president and owner of Steinwall Inc., a precision engineering and thermoplastic injection molding company located in Coon Rapids, Minn. The company provides design, manufacturing and distribution services to more than 100 original equipment manufacturers such as John Deere, Itron and Electrolux. She is also an executive board member of The Society of the Plastics Industry.
Maureen’s research interest is in learning methods for working adults using multimedia techniques. Her areas of expertise include multimedia training, employee empowerment, small business strategic planning and the negative impact of bully behaviors on organizational behavior.
