Michael Cannizzo, MAOM

Michael Cannizzo teaches business management courses in the University of Phoenix School of Business, where he earned his Master of Arts in Organizational Management in 2003.

Michael is currently the Director of Consultative Solutions at United Parcel Service (UPS) where he is responsible for the West Region Customer Solutions Business Plan. He manages a team of consultants who evaluate a client's business process and look for opportunities to reduce cost while increasing productivity and customer satisfaction.

With experience developing total quality management infrastructure, quality performance metrics, and balance scorecard elements, Michael has leveraged those skills to assist start-up business units within UPS.
