Park Balevre, MSN
Park Balevre has more than 32 years of experience in the nursing field. He is the Director of Nursing in Transitional Care at Shands Jacksonville (Fla.) Medical Center and has published a number of professional articles focusing on leadership and management, research, as well as nursing theory.
Park became a faculty member at University of Phoenix in 2002. He teaches nursing, health sciences, English, general studies and communications courses at the North Florida Campus. He is currently the Lead Faculty Area Chair for Nursing. He also conducts area seminars in health-related topics, is involved in numerous writing and research projects and mentors high school and college students.

Park graduated from Austin Peay State University with an associate's degree in nursing and bachelor's degrees in English and psychology. He completed his Master of Science in Nursing at University of Phoenix.
