Patricia Addesso, PhD

Patricia Addesso is an independent consultant, trainer, teacher and author in the area of organizational management and has a doctoral degree in industrial/organizational psychology. She has been with University of Phoenix since 1990 and teaches management, strategic planning and organizational behavior courses online and at the San Diego Campus.

She has been involved in managing mergers, acquisitions and other large-scale organizational changes for several organizations. Her current projects include strategic planning, personality assessments and corporate culture assessments. She builds executive, management and work teams through personality assessment and alignment with the characteristics of high-performing teams.  

Patricia owns a consulting company and also hosts workshops in areas such as conflict resolution, stress management and project planning. She is an adjunct faculty member at the Center for Creative Leadership in San Diego, where she provides intensive one-on-one feedback and coaching to executives.
