Peter Quinn, MBA

Peter Quinn uses his extensive experience working in both the pubilc and private sectors to teach his students how organizations operate in both realms. He teaches courses in operations management, business communications, organizational behavior and marketing at the Southern California Campus. He holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach.

Peter spent the early years of his career at American Airlines and Lego Toys. He is currently the Public Works Manager for the City of Westminster, California, where he has worked for more than 23 years. In this role, he implemented a system to eliminate wasted man-hours and increase productivity, as well as an employee recognition program to improve morale. He also received two commendation awards from the city for his management experience.

He is a member of the University of Phoenix Center for Professional Development.
