Susannah Arnim teaches human resource certificate courses as well as undergraduate- and graduate-level courses in the University of Phoenix School of Business at the Idaho campus. She is also enrolled in the Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership program in the School of Advanced Studies at the University.
A human resource specialist with more than 25 years experience, Susannah is an Operating Committee member of a non-profit organization providing safe shelter for victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse. Susannah also acts as the organization's Human Resource Manager.
Her work experience includes human resource management in Fortune 500 firms and small, non-profit organizations. Susannah is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and holds leadership positions in local and state affiliate chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management.
